Context + Challenge
New to Woodbridge, Vaughan, Mackenzie Dental came to Xi Digital in 2015, looking to establish a strong presence in the community as a reputable dental clinic. As many new dental practices frequently opened in the area, Mackenzie Dental Centre faced the challenge of standing out in the crowd. Despite advanced technology, a knowledgeable dental team, and high-quality treatments, Mackenzie Dental Centre had minimal online exposure and required the power of a robust digital marketing strategy to be found online and generate a proper amount of new patient inquiries (leads).
In an effort to improve brand recognition and inbound leads, Xi Digital put together a custom strategy consisting of paid ads, search engine optimization, and social media marketing.
